Our Impact
NICE is honored to provide multiple programs for refugees and immigrants to thrive in their new community. Since 2005, NICE has served over 50,000 people in Middle Tennessee.
In 2025, NICE celebrated 20 years of service. This milestone year was full of grand victories and triumphs, devastating losses and heartaches, and everything in between.
