The NICE staff would like to congratulate Frances Anderson on being voted NICE Staff of the Quarter for the 1st quarter of 2013. Frances is the Health and Matching Grant Coordinator at NICE. During the first quarter of 2013, she enrolled almost half of her clients for the year for the Matching Grant (MG) program. Beyond enrollment of clients, Frances has done an incredible job of serving them as well. Among ECDC affiliates (which NICE’s MG program is), NICE ranks at the very top. Frances was even given an award at the annual ECDC Affiliate Training as being the MG Affiliate of the Year. She works very diligently to ensure her clients obtain work very quickly to help them reach self-sufficiency.
