Hyacinthe is originally from Kigali, Rwanda. She attended Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. She also attended East Tennessee State University (ETSU), where she earned her Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology. Hyacinthe has worked as a residents’ director at ETSU, where she worked with a very diverse group of students to ensure community building in the residence halls. In addition, Hyacinthe was involved in the ETSU International Buccaneer Buddies, a student- led organization that helped international students to integrate smoothly into the American culture and schools. Hyacinthe joined NICE as an Administrative Coordinator; she handles clerical and administrative duties, analyzes and improves office processes and policies, and ensures that the office operates efficiently. Hyacinthe is fluent in French, English and Kinyarwanda (mother-tongue).
