The NICE Workforce Preparation Program focuses on assisting local refugees who have been in the United States for less than five years. Services include skills inventories, job search, online and paper application assistance, resume building and interview preparation. Job training classes are held weekly.The Workforce Preparation Program is currently enrolling clients. This program provides the following services:

• Job Seeking/Coaching
• Vocational Training
• Job Application Assistance
• Referral Services
• Employer Partner Relations

• Served 93 clients and placed more than 90% of them in jobs.
• Partnered with Opryland Hotel, Sodexo, GCA, Tyson Foods, Double Tree Hotel, KBM, Inc., Abacus Staffing, Hidden Valley Farms, Fresh Point Tomato, and others.
• Initiated the Refugee Farmers Feeding Nashville program, which places refugees with agricultural backgrounds on Nashville family farms.
