Strategic Planning Session 

On Saturday, July 10th NICE hosted a Strategic Planning Retreat where staff, board members, and community partners gathered together at the Coleman Park Community Center to develop specific action statements to address the needs of the center and better aid our clients.

Those present outlined the following six goals as priorities for the center: Strengthen and Expand Programs, Become a Leader in Community Partnerships, Diversify and Increase Funding Sources, Obtain Necessary Certifications, Increase Paid Staff, and Obtain Optimum Space.
